Before I retired I was the buyer for a gourmet shop and our best seller over and over was Pappys White Lightnin. It's got a kick, but it's not on fire like the name might make you think. I had a hard time finding it, but this site has the best prices. Wonderful product and quick shipping

Pappy’s XXX Sauce goes PERFECTLY with pulled pork. It’s the only thing we use this sauce for. And Carolina Sauces shipped a case very quickly. I will be back!

I found this sauce at a small market in Virginia on the way back from Laray Caverns. It was so good i had to find more! HIghly reccomend this if you like BBQ sauce with a hot kick!

I wish I could rate it. I had to rate it because I couldn't send this without it. But if's it like the other Pappy's I would probably give it a 5. I haven't opened yet. Kinda scared. No, not really, just haven't opened it.
