Nice to see one of my favorites. The smoked scotch bonnet is the best. Smoke with a real kick but it lets you off the ledge in quick time. In time for another bite.

My favorite "go to" hot sauce

This is my basic "go to" hot sauce. Vinegar-y pickled Scotch bonnet, with a great pulp-y texture and thickness. This is a very hot sauce for a sauce without extracts, but with clear taste of the fruits of the pepper and a hint of mustard and onion. I put this on everything. Matouks is a criminally ignored brand!
