Tomato sauce (tomato paste, salt), sugar, vinegar, hot sauce (peppers, vinegar, salt), fresh garlic, fresh onion, chile pepper, paprika, natural hickory flavoring, Kentucky Bourbon, Worcestershire, black pepper, spices, lemon powder, Habanero pepper. No Fat.

Before I retired I was the buyer for a gourmet shop and our best seller over and over was Pappys White Lightnin. It's got a kick, but it's not on fire like the name might make you think. I had a hard time finding it, but this site has the best prices. Wonderful product and quick shipping

Got sauce on trip to NC in Nov. Loved so much ordered two more bottles on-line. P.S. I do not drink Alcohol, but loved this!!

Pappy’s XXX Sauce goes PERFECTLY with pulled pork. It’s the only thing we use this sauce for. And Carolina Sauces shipped a case very quickly. I will be back!
