Tomato Sauce (Water, Tomato Paste, Salt), Sugar, Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Onion, Chile Pepper, Paprika, Modified Food Starch, Natural Hickory Flavoring, Oil of Capsicum, Kentucky Bourbon (<3% by volume), Worcestershire Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Anchovies and Natural Flavorings), Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Spices, Lemon Powder (Corn Syrup, Lemon Juice with added lemon oil), Habanero Pepper and Citric Acid.

What can I say. This hot bbq sauce goes well with pretty much everything. Just the right blend of heat and flavor to enjoy with my favorite foods such as pizza, chicken, steak, etc.

Many years ago my neighbor after returning from their vacation and gave me a bottle of this Pappy's Hottest Ride. They knew I enjoyed spicing up by bland food and boy did this but a smile on my face. I've been buying it ever since. Carolina Sauce had a very low price well packed and quick shipping. What more could ya ask for.

I found this sauce at a small market in Virginia on the way back from Laray Caverns. It was so good i had to find more! I hadn't tired the Hottest Ride, just White Lightning, Moonshine Madness and Not Made in China. This one is too hot for me and I do like hot.
