For companies ordering for multiple clients, it would be nice to be able to submit a spreadsheet to your Carolina Sauces with all client data versus having us enter each order separately online.
I had difficulty getting online live support a twice, but when I did reach someone, they were very helpful.

Product great, but as a gift, lacking service	December 19, 2013

I ordered six of these sets ans had them sent all over the country. The process was tedious, as I had to do order separate, even though they were all being billed to the same address. While ordering the gift sets, I identified that they were gift, and wrote a note to the recipient. The gift sets were mailed in a timly manner, but the six recipients had no idea who sent it, as no gift card was included. I love the produce, especially since I live in NC and it is from NC, but they need to fix a few things before I use them again.
