Initially told 2-4 business days turned into a couple of weeks. Numerous attempts to contact ANYONE pertaining to this order were met with crickets, ie NO response. I had even contacted my bank to refund the purchase amount due to fraud. I don't know what yal are going through, but........ PS: I do NOT enjoy and very seldom submit Bad Reviews. Do better please. PS: My husband loves this sauce. VC
