At Carolina Sauces your 100% satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not happy with your hot sauce purchase we will exchange, issue a store credit, or refund your money...Guaranteed!
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If by chance your Carolina Sauces order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with FedEx or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses. Conditions of use for products that require Product Waivers & Disclaimers

Purchaser hereby understands and accepts the element of danger if products are misused. Furthermore, it shall be clearly understood that these products are purchased and used strictly at the purchaser's risk. Purchaser hereby releases Carolina Sauces and Carolina Sauce Company from all liability and indemnifies and holds harmless Carolina Sauces and Carolina Sauce Company with respect to any claims of damages or injuries resulting from the use, consumption, ingestion, and/or contact with respect to these products. If this product is given as a gift the purchaser will be responsible for making the recipient fully aware of the potential danger if handled improperly, or directly consumed.
