Melinda's is my "go-to" sauce for everything from meatloaf and scrambled eggs to goat cheese on toast. Unlike some simple hot sauces that are nothing more than a kick in the mouth, Melinda's has a complex flavor profile that lets the taste of the individual ingredients come through.
